Abstract:
To suppress an influence of crosstalk between oscillation signals with different frequencies.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 comprises at least a first circuit part supplied with power from a first power system, and a second circuit part supplied with power from a second power system different from the first power system. The first circuit part is supplied with the power from the first power system, and comprises a first buffer to which a first oscillation signal generated by a first oscillation signal generation circuit is input. The first buffer controls whether or not to output a first oscillation signal to the second circuit part on the basis of a first control signal. The second buffer is supplied with the power from the second power system, and a second oscillation signal generated by a second oscillation signal generation circuit is input to the second buffer from the second circuit part. The second buffer controls whether or not to output the input second oscillation signal to a first processing part supplied with power from the first power system on the basis of a second control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
