Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can enable an arbitrary sub board from a main board, with no necessity to set an address for each sub board.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus contains a main board and a plurality of sub boards connected in series. The sub board comprises a first connector connected to the main board or its upper-level sub board, and a second connector connected to its lower-level sub board. The first connector and the second connector have the same number of plural terminals. The plural terminals owned by the first connector and the second connector are divided into a plurality of groups. The numbers of the terminals included in each group are a prime to each other. In each group, the n-th terminal of the first connector is connected to a terminal other than the n-th terminal of the second connector. The sub board is further provided with an AND circuit which calculates a logical product of signals from any one of each terminal of the first connector in each group, and outputs an enable signal according to the calculation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
