Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter that can surely prevent entry of an insect through between a filter material for an air filter and a frame body.SOLUTION: The air filter comprises a filter material, an outer frame and an inner frame. The inner frame is arranged inside an opening part of the outer frame, which is an integrated member formed in a circumference shape along an end of the outer frame constituting the opening part. The outer frame has a first wall part which supports an end part at the outer periphery side of the filter material, from a first side, one side in a direction in which gas passes through the filter material. The inner frame has: a pressing part which presses the end part at the outer periphery side of the filter material against the first wall part side and compresses the end part, from a second side at the opposite side, in the direction in which the gas passes through the material, of the first side; and a locking part which in a pressed state where the filter material is pressed against the wall part, locks the inner frame to the outer frame so that the inner frame does not move in the direction in which the gas passes through the material relative to the outer frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
