Abstract:
To provide a rubber product excellent in plasma resistance.SOLUTION: A non-crosslinked rubber composition producing a rubber product contains hydrogen-containing fluorine rubber, a heat crosslinking agent crosslinking the hydrogen-containing fluorine rubber when being heated to a predetermined temperature, and a hydrogen site protective agent which is bonded to radical of carbon generated by cutting a bond between carbon and hydrogen of the hydrogen-containing fluorine rubber when being irradiated with radiation. The hydrogen site protective agent contains a compound having a perfluoro skeleton having two or more alkenyl groups bonded to the radical of the carbon in a molecule. A ratio of the content of the hydrogen site protective agent in the non-crosslinked rubber composition to the content of the heat crosslinking agent is 5.0 or more and 10 or less. The non-crosslinked rubber composition is formed of a rubber composition obtained by bonding the hydrogen site protective agent to carbon after crosslinking the hydrogen-containing fluorine rubber with the heat crosslinking agent by heating to the predetermined temperature, and then cutting the bond between the carbon and the hydrogen of the hydrogen-containing rubber by irradiation with the radiation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
