Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sale information corresponding to a customer visiting a store, to promote purchase of a commodity, or the like.SOLUTION: A store support system includes: a user extraction unit which extracts a user visiting a store; and a providing unit which provides a terminal device used by the user extracted by the user extraction unit, with sale information including privilege to be applied on the condition that the user uses the store. The providing unit refers to information indicating a relation between a commodity in a store and in-store location information, acquires information on a commodity displayed near a position of the user extracted by the user extraction unit, on the basis of a location information of the user visiting the store, and provides the terminal device used by the user visiting the store with sale information on the commodity displayed near the user visiting the store.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
