Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fishing reel that can achieve down-sizing (attainment of a low profile), and enables a palming operation to be carried out easily.SOLUTION: A fishing reel 100 includes a reel body 1 having right and left side plates 2 and 2, a display case 22 interposed in the upper part between the right and left side plates 2 and 2, a spool 9 rotatably provided to the right and left side plates 2 and 2, a motor for generating driving force with which the spool 9 rotates, a rotation operation member 13 disposed in the upper part between the right and left side plates 2 and 2 and behind the display case 22 for adjusting the output of the motor, and a fishing information device 30 having a display part 32 and a function switch 33. The display part 32 is provided to the display case 22, and the function switch 33 is provided to at least one of the right and left side pastes 2 and 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
