Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration estimation method for detecting a first antigen.SOLUTION: Provided is a concentration estimation method for estimating the concentration of each of a first antigen and a second antigen from within a test liquid, comprising: a first step for dispersing, into a test liquid, at least one kind or more of detection receptor differing in a bond ratio of the first antigen to the second antigen, in which at least one kind of more of marker are bound; a second step for causing the detection receptor and the first antigen and second antigen to be bound; a third step for causing at least one kind or more of capture receptor differing in the bond ratio of the first antigen to the second antigen and the first antigen and second antigen to be bound; a fourth step for acquiring a plurality of signals from the marker in the test liquid; and a fifth step for calculating the concentration of the first antigen and second antigen on the basis of the plurality of acquired signals and the bond ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
