Abstract:
To reduce processing impossible time of a cash machine so as to improve customer satisfaction of a user.SOLUTION: When performing the transaction business using cash, a reception part 2a receives input of the transaction amount in a slip and a cash machine determination machine 2c refers cash machine information 2g showing cash storage situations of cash of a nearest cash machine 3 and other cash machines 3 to determine a cash machine 3 that can perform cash depositing/dispensing processing according to the cash storage situations of the all cash machines 3 and the transaction amount of the slip. When the determined cash machine 3 is the nearest cash machine 3, a transaction instruction part 2d issues a transaction instruction to the nearest cash machine 3. When the determined cash machine 3 is another cash device 3, the transaction instruction part 2d issues the transaction instruction to the another cash machine 3 together with a password generated by a password generation part 2e. When the nearest cash machine 3 is unavailable, processing impossible time can be reduced since the another cash machine 3 performs the transaction business instead authenticated on the basis of a password.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
