Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device and a powder molding method capable of enhancing preparation efficiency of a molded body having a recess formed in an inside surface defining a hollow part and enhancing a shape and dimensional accuracy of the recess.SOLUTION: Recess rails 221 (or slits) are formed in both side surfaces of a second core member 22 (one core member) arranged to be fitted in an aperture 210 of a first core member 21 respectively. The recess rails 221 extend with a tilt to a shaft line with gradually approaching inside while going front of a shaft line direction of the first core member 21. A recess direction of the recess rails 221 is in non-parallel to a variation direction of the second core member 22 depending on variation of the shaft line direction of a third core member 23. An engaging part 231 which engages to the recess rails 221 of the second core member 22 is formed in each of a pair of side parts of a groove in the third core member 23 (another core member) with a shape that a pair of longitudinal grooves with gradually becoming deep from an intermediate part to a front terminal part formed in a column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
