Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock bolt loading test device capable of efficiently, rationally, and precisely performing a loading test even by one operator.SOLUTION: A lock bolt loading test device 1 includes: a center hole jack 3 for loading a drawing force on a tension bar 2 connected to a projection part from a ground 101 of a lock bolt 104; a hydraulic pump 8 for hydraulically-driving the center hole jack 3; a first signal generating part 9 for generating a hydraulic pressure signal by detecting a hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pressure pump 8; a second signal generation part 13 for generating a displacement signal by detecting a displacement before and after the drawing force of a predetermined place of the tension bar 2; and a record display part 11 for obtaining a hydraulic signal and a displacement signal, recognizing a corresponding load from the hydraulic signal, generating load displacement correlation information from the load and the displacement signal, recording the load displacement correlation, and displaying the load displacement correlation information by a predetermined format.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
