Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball measuring method and a ball measuring device capable of measuring the number of balls highly accurately and supplying them to a substrate or the like; and to provide a ball loading device not generating excess balls or ball shortage.SOLUTION: A ball measuring device 1 measures the total mass of balls 3 supplied from a ball tank 2 by a ball measuring part 4 (second ball measuring part 6), calculates the total number and the cumulative total number of balls based on the measured total mass of the balls 3 and on an average mass per piece of the balls 3, and supplies a fixed number of balls 3 to a ball loading device 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
