Abstract:
To provide a drying apparatus in which creases are prevented from occurring, and drying capability is improved.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a drying apparatus 19 that conducts drying treatments to continuous form paper WP onto which ink is adhered, the apparatus including: a heat roller 31 around which the continuous form paper WP is wound; and a small diameter roller 33 having a diameter smaller than the heat roller 31. The small diameter roller 33 is provided at predetermined intervals c from the heat roller 31. The continuous form paper WP is wound around the small diameter roller 33 halfway after being wound around the heat roller 31, and thereafter is wound again around the heat roller 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
