PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle which is free from decompressive deformation and bulking deformation and keeps vertical when standing by itself.SOLUTION: Plastic bottle 1 consists of a cylindrical opening 2, a conical shoulder 3, a cylindrical body 4, and a bottom 5 with a concave 7 protruding into the bottle 1. The cylindrical body 4 consists of multiple first circumferential groove shaped ribs 8a and second circumferential groove shaped ribs 9a, and the first and second circumferential groove shaped ribs 8a, 9a are regular polygons formed by multiple tops 11a, 13a and the same number of sides 12a, 14a with the tops 11a,13a, and the first circumferential groove shaped ribs 8a has more tops 11a than the second circumferential groove shaped ribs 9a, and tops 11a, 11b, 11c are at different positions to each other on the circumference of cylindrical body 4, and tops 13a, 13b, 13c are at different positions to each other on the circumference of the cylindrical body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
