Title:
医薬精製水製造装置および医薬精製水の製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6809775
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical purified water production apparatus or the like in which control in allowing water to be treated to permeate becomes easier even in the case where a filter is in a multistage filtering configuration in which permeated water is not temporarily stored in an intermediate tank or the like, and a plurality of filtering means are connected in series.SOLUTION: A purified water production unit 1 that purifies water to be treated to produce purified water being pharmaceutical water comprises: an RO device 62 which allows water to be treated to permeate a reverse osmosis membrane to purify the water; an RO device 64 which allows first permeated water, which passed through the RO device 62, to permeate the reverse osmosis membrane without storing the permeated water to further purify the water; a pump 61 which sends out the water to be treated to the RO device 62; a pump 63 which sends out the first permeated water to the RO device 64; and a control unit 80 which controls the pump 61 to bring the pressure of the first permeated water within a predetermined range, and controls the pump 63 to bring the flow rate of second permeated water which permeated the RO device 64 within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
