Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnish composition, an off-set printing ink and a printed matter.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a varnish composition containing a polymer (A) having a hydrophilic group moiety and a hydrophobic group moiety, an alicyclic monomer (B) and a reactive diluent (C) having a plurality of (meth) acryloyl groups. The varnish composition can be used to prepare off-set printing ink having high emulsification suitability while having excellent ink performances. The ink can be used to reduce stains during off-set printing.SELECTED DRAWING: None
