Abstract:
To specify a molecular structure of each component forming a multicomponent mixture.SOLUTION: A method includes: step 1 of performing a mass spectrometry for a multicomponent mixture, specifying a molecular formula of the molecule belonging to the peak with respect to each of the obtained peaks, and further specifying an abundance of the molecule; step 2 of specifying both of the optimum structure X in the case that the molecule belonging to each of the peaks obtained by the mass spectrometry of step 1 is a single core and an optimum structure Y in the case of a multicore; step 3 of determining whether the molecule belonging to each of the peaks obtained by the mass spectrometry of step 1 is a single core or a multicore; and step 4 of adopting either one of the structure X or the structure Y specified in step 2 according to the determination in step 3 and determining and allocating a side-chain or a cross-link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
