Abstract:
To facilitate cell replacement and maintenance while reducing man-hours and costs for replacement.SOLUTION: A battery module 10 includes a cell assembly 64 formed by stacking a plurality of cells 62 having positive and negative electrodes 60 and connecting the respective electrodes 60 of the plurality of cells 62. In the cell assembly 64, the plurality of cells 62 are stacked in a stacking direction such that the positive and negative electrodes 60 are alternated between two cells 62 adjacent in the stacking direction. The cell assembly 64 includes a plurality of spacers 68. In this case, a positive electrode 60p of one cell 62 and a negative electrode 60m of the other cell 62 of the two adjacent cells 62 are sandwiched and connected by the plurality of spacers 68 to connect the plurality of cells 62 in series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
