Abstract:
To provide a painted surface inspection device which can automatically inspect a painted surface of an object.SOLUTION: A painted surface inspection device 1 includes: a reception unit 11 for receiving a painted surface image as an image of a painted surface of an object with a painted metal plate; and a region specification unit 13 for specifying at least a degraded region other than a rusty region of the painted surface in the image. In that way, it becomes possible to specify a degraded region other than a rusty region of a paint surface, such as a region with a crack of painting, a region with a peeling of painting, or a region with a swelling and to conduct a higher-level inspection on a painted surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
