Abstract:
The invention provides a game device, a recording medium, and a game system. The fairness among users is guaranteed, and users are expanded. The game device is provided with an execution unit for executing a first game that provides a game playing experience without paying for a price, and a second game that provides a game playing experience with paying for a price, the game device being furtherprovided with: a detection unit for detecting the paying for a price; an acquisition unit that acquires information from the article; and a control unit that controls the detection unit, the acquisition unit, and the execution unit, wherein, in a case where the execution unit is to be caused to execute the first game, the control unit controls the acquisition unit to a state in which information from the article cannot be acquired; when the execution unit is to be caused to execute the second game, the control unit controls the acquisition unit to be in a state in which information from the article can be acquired; the execution unit reflects the information acquired by the acquisition unit from the article into a game to be executed.
