Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for charging raw materials into a blast furnace capable of improving the air permeability in a fusion zone, decreasing pressure-drop index in a lower portion of the furnace, and reducing a coke ratio.SOLUTION: In this method for charging raw materials, specifically coke, into a blast furnace, ore charging is divided into n batches, and the grain sizes of coke 6 are 30-100 mm. With the mass of coke 6, charged and alternately layered with the ore 5, per ton of molten iron taken as CA(kg/tp); the mass of coke 6, mixed and charged with the ore 5, per ton of molten iron as CB(kg/tp); and the mass of coke 6, separately charged to the center of the blast furnace, per ton of molten iron as CC(kg/tp), the amounts are controlled in a range of CC/(CA+CB+CC)=0.06-0.13. From the first to the (n-1)th batches of charging the ore, the amounts meet the condition of CB/CA=0.13/(n-1)-0.35/(n-1).
