PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil temperature regulation device that can efficiently exchange heat between clutch operating oil and gear oil.SOLUTION: An oil temperature regulation device comprises: a first storage part in which clutch operating oil for operating a clutch capable of connecting and disconnecting power transmission from a driving source to a transmission is stored; a second storage part separated from the first storage part by a partition wall, and in which gear oil for lubricating the transmission is stored; and a heat exchange promotion part for promoting heat exchange between the clutch operating oil stored in the first storage part and the gear oil stored in the second storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
