Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus or a storage device that has improved operability in taking out a removable unit from an apparatus body.SOLUTION: An operation lever 50 that is in contact with a waste toner recovery container 40 (removable unit) urged frontward in the attachment direction by a compression spring 55 (urging member) to lock the waste toner recovery container 40, is provided in an image forming apparatus body 100 with a leaf spring 51 to be able to move from a locked position to a release position. When the operation lever 50 is moved from the locked position to the release position, the compression spring 55 urges the waste toner recovery container 40 frontward in the attachment direction with respect to the image forming apparatus body 100 to a position where the waste toner recovery container can be held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
