Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire member having high resistance to degradation even when adding an organic acid metal salt in order to increase the adhesiveness between a steel cord and rubber.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a tire member which comprises a step of producing a master batch and a step of mixing the master batch and an organic acid metal salt, wherein the step of producing a master batch comprises a step of coagulating a rubber latex before coagulation treatment containing carbon black to obtain a coagulated product, further a step of adding a compound of the formula (I) to the coagulated product containing water and furthermore a step of dispersing the compound of the formula (I) in the coagulated product. R(R)N-Ph-NH-C=O-C=C-COOM (Formula I) (Rand Reach independently represents H, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or an alkynyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; Mrepresents an Na ion, a K ion or an Li ion.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
