PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solid ointment excellent in long-term storage stability and storage stability at low temperatures, which can prevent crystal precipitation of a fatty acid salt which easily occurs by long-term storage or low temperature storage and the deterioration in appearance, changes in efficacy or safety or the like caused by the crystal precipitation.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous solid ointment excellent in long-term storage stability and storage stability at low temperatures, which can prevent crystal precipitation of a fatty acid salt which causes deterioration in appearance, changes in efficacy or safety or the like by blending a sucrose fatty acid ester in an aqueous solid ointment comprising an active ingredient, a fatty acid salt and a lower alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
