Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat layer laminate excellent in all of scratch resistance, weather resistance, transparency and combustion resistance, specifically, a resin molded article with a hard coat layer.SOLUTION: A method for producing a hard coat layer laminate 1 which is obtained by laminating a hard coat film 10 for transfer on a surface of a resin substrate 20 formed from a thermoplastic amorphous resin includes: a transfer step of heating and pressing an adhesive layer 14 of the hard coat film 10 for transfer onto a surface of the resin substrate 20 in a state where the adhesive layer faces the surface thereof, and thereby transferring a transfer layer 15 onto the surface of the resin substrate 20; and a post-transfer laminate re-pressing step of heating and pressing a post-transfer laminate obtained by laminating the transfer layer 15 onto the resin substrate 20 at a heating temperature at which the resin substrate 20 exceeds a glass transition temperature of the resin substrate 20 and is lower than a melting point of the resin substrate 20, after the transfer step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
