PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve operability of a stapler.SOLUTION: A stapler 100 performing processing to bind paper P includes: a clincher arm 106 provided with a clincher 105; a handle arm 102 which is displaced by turning operation with respect to the clincher arm by receiving a force by an operator; a magazine 108 which is connected to the clincher arm and is charged with staples; a driver arm 104 which is connected to the handle arm, displaced in a vertical direction to a magazine as the handle arm performs the turning operation, and operates force to the driver 103; and a connection part connecting the clincher arm and the handle arm. The connection part is moved as the driver arm is displaced in the vertical direction, and a fulcrum shaft Of1 of the turning operation of the handle arm moves as the connection part moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
