Abstract:
【課題】閾値を用いることなくパルス化高周波のパワーレベルをモニタする。【解決手段】本発明のパルス化高周波モニタは、パルス化高周波のパワーレベルと閾値との比較によりパワーレベルをモニタすることに代えて、パルス化高周波のパワーレベルが時系列で変化する遷移パターンに基づいてパワーレベルをモニタする。パルス化高周波モニタは、パルス化高周波を直流化してパワーレベルを出力する直流化回路と、パワーレベルのレベル変化を検出するパワーレベル変化検出回路と、パワーレベル変化検出回路が検出するレベル変化に基づいて、パワーレベルの時系列の遷移パターンを判定する遷移パターン判定回路とを備える。【選択図】図１
