Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an outer diameter and an inner diameter of a pipe-like metal tube having a hollow structure such as a tubule when pulling out the metal tube.SOLUTION: A pull-out machine 100 comprising: a first pull-out unit 40-1 having a first drawing die 42-1, a first front stage capstan 48-1 which is provided on a front stage of the first drawing die and sends out the metal tube 10 to the first drawing die, and a first rear stage capstan 50-1 which is provided on a rear stage of the first drawing die, and draws the metal tube from the first drawing die; a second pull-out unit 40-2 having a second drawing die 42-2 which draws the metal tube sent out from the first pull-out unit 40-1 and has a same function as first drawing, a second front stage capstan 48-2, and a second rear stage capstan 50-2; and a tensile force application part 52 which applies a prescribed tensile force to the metal tube between the first pull-out unit and the second pull-out unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
