Abstract:
To provide a white ink for inkjet recording excellent in storage stability and discharge stability.SOLUTION: A white ink for inkjet recording contains a water-based medium, a resin particle, a white pigment particle, and a dispersant. Density of the white pigment particle is 3.0 g/cm. The dispersant contains an anionic resin and a non-water-soluble nonpolar resin. The whit pigment particle is dispersed as a white pigment particle dispersoid. The white pigment particle dispersoid contains a white pigment particle of which surface is coated by a non-water-soluble resin and further coated by the anionic resin. Acid value of the anionic resin is 50 mgKOH/g or more. Mass average molecular weight of the anionic resin is 10,000 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
