Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic anti-glare resin film useful for thermal formation, the film having an excellent anti-glare property and an excellent transparency and also suppresses glare.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an anti-glare film formed by depositing an anti-glare layer 5 made of a thermoplastic resin 2 on at least a surface of a base material film 4 made of a polycarbonate resin 1, the thermoplastic resin including two different types of organic particles 3, in which (1) the organic particles include organic particles I with average particle diameters of 3.0-6.0 μm and organic particles II with average particle diameters of 0.5-2.5 μm in the ratio of 2-10 pts.wt. and 0.1-1 pts.wt. for each 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin, (2) the difference in the refractive index between the thermoplastic resin and the organic particles I is at most 0.05 and the difference in the refractive index between the thermoplastic resin and the organic particles II is 0.06-0.15, and (3) the melt viscosity by the capillograph based on JISK7199 of the thermoplastic resin satisfies the condition of 1200 Pa s or lower when the shear velocity is 121(1/s) and the heating temperature is 280°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
