Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a phase difference occurring between a screw gauge and a screw hole to provide a screw hole inspection device with high measurement reproducibility and excellent inspection accuracy in measuring the depth of the screw hole.SOLUTION: An incomplete screw thread portion of a gauge portion 5 of a screw gauge 1 is removed to clearly indicate a complete screw thread tip side distal starting point, a phase positioning portion 8 is provided at an engagement portion 6 for making the screw gauge 1 in engagement with a rotating shaft portion 2 in order to position a complete screw thread tip side distal starting point 7 in a predetermined phase when the screw gauge 1 is mounted on the rotating shaft portion 2, and a phase positioning engagement portion 9 is provided at the rotating shaft portion 2 for engaging with the phase positioning portion 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
