Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hinder, in a rotary electric machine stator, deformation of an axial end face of a stator core, which results from a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between a wire fixing material and the stator core.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine stator 10 includes: a stator core 12 which is a lamination body formed by arranging magnetic thin plates in layers in an axial direction; and coil wires 14 wound around teeth 24. Each coil wire 14 includes a wire fixing material 40 which uses as a coil end a portion projected and wound from an axial end face of the stator core 12, is disposed on a magnetic thin plate on the outer end face, on the coil end side, of the lamination body, and is a material greater in thermal expansion coefficient than the magnetic thin plate. Magnetic thin plates 32, 34 on the outer end face, on the coil end side, of the lamination body have a plurality of notches 40 in the respective outer peripheral faces in a position corresponding to the teeth 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
