Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a cell laminate in which a cell laminate produced by using centrifugal force can be easily recovered and transferred without breaking a shape of the laminate.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cell laminate has: a cell addition process of inputting culture solution containing a cell into a cell culture vessel 1 that has a bottom part 10 having an inner surface 101 which is cell non-adhesive or capable of changing to cell non-adhesive, and an upper part 20 opposing to the bottom 10, and in which the upper part 20 has 200 cc/mday atm or less of oxygen permeability and is separably constituted; a cell culture process of performing cell culture under the condition that intercellular adhesion is formed while centrifugal force in a direction of the inner surface 101 of the bottom part 10 is allowed to work to the cell, and forming a cell laminate by adhering cells; a mounting process of inverting positions of the bottom part 10 and the upper part 20 to peel an obtained cell laminate from the inner surface 101 and mounting the laminate onto the upper part 20; and a separation process of separating the upper part 20 together with the mounted cell laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
