Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose deterioration of a microphone and a speaker distinctively while suppressing the influence on the surrounding by a test sound.SOLUTION: When one sending side terminal designated as a test target terminal and a plurality of receiving side terminals are in a non-talking state, a sound test unit 16 detects a test sound composed of an inaudible sound output from a speaker of the sending side terminal by each microphone of the receiving side terminal and collects the obtained detection sound from the receiving side terminal, and a sound diagnosis unit 17 obtains a level attenuation amount which is a difference between the sound level of a reference sound that is the detection sound collected when the sound communication performance of the test target terminal is normal and the sound level of the detection sound collected in the sound test for each test target terminal and diagnose deterioration of the microphone and the speaker that are the test target terminal on the basis of the obtained level attenuation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
