To provide a press working device which can be miniaturized and a press working method using the device.SOLUTION: A press working device includes a metallic mold which has a plurality of segments (S1 to S7) each of which is configured to switch a first state for pressurizing a workpiece and a second state for not pressurizing the workpiece.
