Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device capable of preventing any damage to a member equivalent to a cover grass even when an objective lens comes into contact with, and slightly presses the member, and observing not only culture environment but also a transmissivity test in real time.SOLUTION: Provided is an observation device 100 comprising: a plate 10 having a through hole 11 and support parts 12 with a diameter larger than that of the through hole on both ends of the through hole; a flexible connection member 20 whose peripheral edge part 21 is supported by at least either of the support parts, and which has a transmission hole 22 in the central part; a transmission member 30 to which an outer edge 31 is adhered around the transmission hole of the connection member; and a step part 13 formed by the support parts being recessed from the surface of the plate. A height H1 of the step part is higher than the height of either one or both of the connection member and the transmission member from the support parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
