PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, information processing method, and program that can achieve high-level labor management.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a selection part, an acquisition part, and a creation part. The selection part selects one or more display items from a plurality of monitoring items for each of the employees. The acquisition part acquires, from a database storing employment information on each of the plurality of employees, relevant employment information on the on or more display items selected for each of the employees. The creation part creates, for each of the employees, a web page including one or more chart images representing each of the one or more display items on the basis of the acquired relevant employment information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
