Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for producing a wiper rubber, comprising an injection mould (10) which has an upper part (20) and a lower part (40), wherein at least one cavity (21, 41) for receiving a moulding compound is formed in the upper part (20) and/or in the lower part (40). At least one recess (22, 42) which is adjacent to the at least one cavity (21, 41) is formed here in the upper part (20) and/or in the lower part (40), and an insert (30, 50) which is movable relative to the upper part (20) and/or to the lower part (40) is arranged in the at least one recess (22, 42). The invention also relates to a method for producing a wiper rubber with a device according to the invention, with the following steps: – closing the injection mould (10), as a result of which the insert (30, 50) is pressed in the direction of the cavity (21, 41) adjacent to the recess (22, 42), – injecting a moulding compound into the cavity (21, 41), – opening the injection mould (10), – removing the wiper rubber.
