Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of reducing energy consumption in a drain recovery system.SOLUTION: A drain recovery system 1 comprises: a vacuum generating unit 16 communicating with a steam using device 13 that condenses steam, the vacuum generating unit sucking and recovering drain generated by condensation of steam in the steam using device 13; a use-side tank 31 in which the drain is stored and used; a steam supplying pipe 32 that supplies steam to the use-side tank 31 and heats the drain in the use-side tank 31; an ejector 34 that is disposed in the steam supplying pipe 32 and in which steam passes; and a suction pipe 36 that is connected to the vacuum generating unit 16 and a suction section 34a of the ejector 34 and through which the drain recovered into the vacuum generating unit 16 is sucked to the suction section 34a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
