PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for games, even when a game machine outputs no game signal capable of specifying a special game state, capable of specifying the special game state on the basis of an existing game signal.SOLUTION: The device for games includes: special game state determination means capable of determining a type of a special game state on the basis of game information to be transmitted when a game machine is controlled in the special game state; collection zone setup means capable of setting up a collection zone after termination of a specific game state; and collection means capable of collecting game information transmitted in the setup collection zone. The collection zone setup means can set up the collection zone after the termination of the specific game state, to a first collection zone corresponding to a first special game state (a small winning mode) on the basis of a fact that it is determined to be the first special game state; and set up the collection zone after the termination of the specific game state, to a second collection zone corresponding to a second special game state (a non-small-winning mode) on the basis of a fact that it is determined to be the second special game state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
