PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for fired foods less in oil bleeding of fried foods and capable of easily conducting input into a flyer at a low temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat composition for fried foods, which contains raw material oil and fat with palm based oil and fat of 70 mass% to 100 mass% and a gas and has a solid shape at 10°C, and mount of the gas is 32 ml/100 g to 115 ml/100 g under ambient pressure at 10°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
