Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless train control system that enables a train to be carried over among a plurality of tracks using different communication systems.SOLUTION: When a train 10 traveling on a first track A reaches a switching point D set before a boundary C between the first track A and a second track B, an on-board device 14 of the train 10 switches the communication method of a first on-board wireless machine 11f from a first communication method for the first track A to a second communication method for the second track B, maintains the communication method of a second on-board wireless machine 11r at the first communication method, and switches the communication method of the second on-board wireless machine 11r from the first communication method to the second communication method after the train 10 has passed the boundary C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
