Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manufacturing method for restraining up-sizing of an electrode body, while restraining occurrence of deflection in the electrode body during charge/discharge of a secondary cell, and capable of positioning a positive electrode connection terminal and a negative electrode connection terminal, attached to the electrode body, accurately.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of secondary cell has a winding step for obtaining a cylindrical electrode body, by winding a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator, formed in strip, while superposing in the thickness direction, a flat shaping step of shaping a flat electrode body 10, by applying a prescribed force to the side of the cylindrical electrode body, and a loosening processing step of loosening the outermost peripheral side of the electrode body 10, by imparting a force loosening in the opposite direction to the winding direction, to the electrode body 10. The loosening processing step is performed simultaneously with the flat shaping step, or after the flat shaping step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
