Abstract:
To provide a manual feed mechanism for a surface measurement machine that can precisely determine a position of a moving target body.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: an operation unit (12); a non backlash speed reducer (14) connected to the operation unit; and a straight movement machine (200); and a gear operation conveying unit (22). An operation shaft of the operation unit is connected to an input shaft of the non backlash speed reducer, the operation shaft and the input shaft are arranged on a same straight line, the output shaft (14A) of the non backlash speed reducer is connected to the input unit of a gear operation conveying unit. Also, the shaft of rotation of the straight moving mechanism is connected to an output unit of the gear operation conveying unit, and the gear operation conveying unit switches connection and separation between the non backlash speed reducer and the shaft of rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
