PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion agent for an inorganic filler excellent in dispersibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a dispersion agent for an inorganic filler which contains a block polymer containing a block of a polymer having a volume resistivity value of more than 1×10Ω cm and a block of a polymer having a volume resistivity value of 1×10to 1×10Ω cm as constitutional units. A number average molecular weight of the block polymer is preferably 10,000-100,000. A number average molecular weight of the polymer having the volume resistivity value of more than 1×10Ω cm is preferably 2,000-25,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
