Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin molding that is capable of laminating a skin material only to a desired region of the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet.SOLUTION: A method for producing a resin molding 16 includes the steps of: placing a skin material 18 on at least a part of the surface of a cavity 9 of a mold 8; hanging a thermoplastic resin sheet P in a molten state to the side of the cavity 9; clamping the molds 7,8, and face-bonding the skin material 18 to the thermoplastic resin sheet P such that the skin material 18 is laminated on the thermoplastic resin sheet P; and vacuum-suctioning the thermoplastic resin sheet P and the skin material 18 from the cavity 9 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
