Abstract:
To provide a hot water system capable of favorably reducing electricity and heating expenses.SOLUTION: A hot water system 50 applied to a building 10, which is a two-family house, has a hot water supply facility 51 on a parent household side and a hot water supply facility 52 on a child household side. The hot water supply facilities 51, 52 respectively include: hot water storage tanks 60, 70; solar heat collectors 61, 71 for heating water stored in the hot water storage tanks 60, 70 by solar heat; and hot water supply pipelines 65, 75 for supplying hot water stored in the hot water storage tanks 60, 70 to water discharge ports of the households respectively. The hot water supply facilities 51, 52 are connected with each other by a connection pipeline 80 and hot water is transferrable between the households. A hot water transfer mode can be selected from among a plurality of modes, and in the case where an entire house sharing mode is preset as the transfer mode, a supply source of the hot water is determined out of the hot water supply facilities 51, 52 by using a predetermined order determined based on the generation cost of hot water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
