Abstract:
To provide a liquid atomization device capable of achieving a drainage mechanism in which clogging hardly occurs, and to provide a heat exchange ventilation device, an air cleaner or an air conditioner using the same.SOLUTION: A hypochlorous acid generation device includes: a cylindrical pumping pipe 11 which includes a pumping port 21 below, in which an upper part is fixed to a rotary shaft, and which pumps up water from the pumping port 21 by being rotated according to the rotation of the rotary shaft, and discharges the pumped water in the centrifugal direction; a water storage part 4 provided below the pumping pipe 11 in the vertical direction, and for storing water to be pumped from the pumping port 21; and a drainage port 22 for draining water at a bottom surface of the water storage part 4. The pumping pipe 11 generates a vortex 24 in the water in the water storage part 4 by the rotation, and a gap 25 is formed between a vortex center bottom part 23 and the drainage port 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
