Abstract:
To prevent ultraviolet laser light used in a peeling process from deteriorating a TFT element and an OLED element.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a flexible OLED device according to the present disclosure, a laminated structure (100) is prepared that includes a base (10), a functional layer region (20) including a TFT layer and an OLED layer, a flexible film (30) positioned between the base and the functional layer region to support the functional layer region, and a dielectric multilayer mirror (36) located between the flexible film and the functional layer region.
