Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a use rate of a privilege even in the case where users who have different types of privileges to be frequently used coexist.SOLUTION: A user related information acquisition part 301 acquires a use history of a coupon as user related information. A privilege switching determination part 304 determines whether to switch a type of a privilege to be provided to a target user from a coupon to a point. The privilege switching determination part 304 selects the coupon as the privilege to be provided to the target user when a use result of the coupon indicated by the acquired use history of the coupon does not satisfy a switching condition, and selects the point as the privilege to be provided to the target user when the use result satisfies the switching condition. A privilege information generation part 305 generates privilege information indicating the coupon or the point selected by the determination.
